Cookie Notice
The short version
No advertising cookies. No third-party trackers. No analytics cookies on this site today. We use the minimum technical storage needed to make things work — which is why you see no cookie banner: strictly necessary storage does not require consent (§ 25(2) TDDDG / Art. 5(3) ePrivacy).
What we store
- NEXT_LOCALE (cookie, this site) — remembers your language choice. Functional; lifetime ~1 year.
- Session token (dashboard, after login) — keeps you signed in. Strictly necessary.
- Widget session (on customer sites, localStorage) — keeps your conversation with Lily continuous on that site; with "session-only" retention it dies with the tab. Strictly necessary for the chat to function.
Consent that IS asked
One thing does ask your consent — not a cookie: if a widget uses a US-based voice provider, the widget asks before the first voice interaction (Art. 49(1)(a) GDPR — see the Privacy Policy § 6). Declining keeps everything EU-resident.
If this changes
If we ever introduce analytics or any non-essential storage, this page will change, a consent banner will appear first, and nothing non-essential will run before you say yes.
