What counts as a conversation?
One visitor chatting with Lily in one session, no matter how many messages they exchange. The same visitor coming back later starts a new conversation.
What happens when I hit my limit?
Lily pauses and you get an upgrade prompt. A soft stop, never a surprise bill.
Can I change plans anytime?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade whenever you like. It applies instantly.
What is a voice minute?
Time Lily spends speaking her replies out loud. Each plan includes a monthly allowance; past it, transparent per-minute overage applies.

Does she make things up?
Lily answers from your pages and knowledge base, not from thin air. When she isn’t sure, she says so and offers a human or the right page. She would rather say “I don’t know” than guess.
Where is my data processed? Is it really EU?
Yes. Chat, knowledge and voice all run EU-side on European models (Mistral). US providers stay off unless you switch them on yourself. A full DPA and an AI disclosure are available, and Enterprise can pin data residency.
What about visitor data & GDPR?
You’re the controller, we’re the processor. Conversation retention is configurable (off / session / persistent with a retention window), visitors can be exported or forgotten on request, and consent + AI-disclosure are shown in the widget. See our Privacy, DPA and AI disclosure.
Where do the leads go?
Wherever you work: a daily inbox digest, a webhook into your CRM, or straight onto your calendar as a booked demo. Lily captures name, intent and context the moment a visitor shows it.
Can a human take over?
Yes. When a visitor asks for a person, or hits a rule you set, Lily hands off to your inbox, email or chat. She never pretends to be human.
